There are several signs that may indicate your chakras are blocked:
Physical symptoms: If you experience chronic physical ailments, such as headaches, digestive issues, chronic pain, or frequent illnesses, it could be a sign of a blockage in the corresponding chakra.
Emotional imbalances: If you are experiencing a lack of joy, feelings of anxiety or depression, or difficulty expressing emotions, it may be a sign of a blockage in one or more chakras.
Behavioural issues: If you are struggling with addiction, self-destructive behaviour, or difficulty maintaining healthy relationships, it may be a sign of an underlying chakra imbalance.
Intuition and spiritual awareness: If you feel disconnected from your intuition, have a lack of faith in your spiritual path, or have trouble accessing your higher self, it may be a sign of blockages in your upper chakras.
Sensitivity to environment and energy: If you feel overly sensitive to other people's energy or environments, it may indicate that your energy centres are not balanced.
If you are experiencing any of these signs, it may be worth exploring chakra healing practices, such as meditation, yoga, energy healing such as Reiki, crystals, colour, essential oils and choosing foods that are associated with each Chakra to restore balance and flow in your energy system.
