Book your free consultation in Bromsgrove - 30 minutes consultation where we discuss how you are feeling and how coaching and hypnotherapy can help and I will then be able to recommend how many sessions I think may be beneficial

If you are happy to proceed we will book sessions from there. I do not offer a session straight after a consultation as I feel it can be quite overwhelming to go straight into a session.
